Avalara TrustFile Migration to Returns for Small Business (RSB)

On 5/31, we received a notice from Avalara that our TrustFile account had been moved to Returns for Small Business. The notice included some log in information but nothing else.

Logging into the new account, I found that all of our transactions (since forever) were in an error state, no states had been set up, and all of our old returns were missing.

To make matters more confusing, we already had a dormant Avalara account with the same email address. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else is in this situation as I have an open case and no idea when it will be resolved.
