This is the umpteenth time I see such a message on my website. Payouts are paused. Your bank account update is being reviewed. An email with more details was sent to the account owner. But there is no email. Each time I contact the support service and then wait for weeks for a solution. This really interferes with my business and the support service does not solve anything at all. And this situation is absurd because you have no problem withdrawing money from my account for service, but I have a problem withdrawing my money from the site to the same bank account.

It is common that shopify take weeks to fix the issue or reply with your query. This is because of numbers of Merchants askf or solution at the same time. Due to the overwhelmed of Queries the customer support of Shopify unable to proceed your queries in short time. I saw many merchants face this issue. But this issue will be solve if they take a look. And don’t worry keep patience and they will get back to you.

  • Sometimes, Shopify may place restrictions on your account for various reasons, such as payment issues, suspicious activity, or incomplete account setup.

  • Go to your shopify admin dashboard and check if there are any alerts or notifications regarding account status, payments, or verification. Make sure that your payment gateway is fully set up and there are no issues.

In my opinion, this is a big problem. And you need to solve it. Because for a businessman who does not have the opportunity to take the money earned from your resource for weeks and then develop his business and make the necessary payments, this creates big problems for us. I will give an example of myself. If I do not have enough specialists to promptly solve the problems of my business, then I hire additional specialists, and do not dump my own problems on my clients

I have the correct data on the site. It is your system that is the problem. It freezes my account and then restores my account with constant periodicity. At the same time, all my bank data remains the same. You are far from a cheap platform. You are one of the most expensive on the market and I chose you because I thought that if they charge such money, then they guarantee proper service and prompt resolution of problems, but solving a problem for weeks is too much.
