Bank Account information is incorrect, I am unable to update as my old account info is incorrect

I am desperately seeking assistance.

I was notified my bank information was incorrect as a payout could not be completed. Because of this I cannot update the information to ensure its correct as I cannot find the error in the previous account number or routing.

I reached out to chat support and after an hour had no rectification, just a copy and paste of the help tips. I cannot access funds to complete and fulfill orders and it is crucial I rectify this. It is very difficult to get support from Shopify.

Our Support Team will need to escalate your ticket to our payments team. Did the Support Advisor you talked with mention this at all? Can you share your Support interaction ticket number with me?

He did not. He said he escalated it but no case number or escalation number was given. Was not a very helpful experience to be honest. I am happy to verify any and all information necessary and have placed a support request email about 24 hours ago.

Unfortunately, I can not access store-specific information through our Community Forum as I do not have a way to authenticate you as the store owner. The support interaction number from my poor experience was: 40876235

I reached out to chat again yesterday and was helped by a much more
motivated support member (Josh) however I have not heard any further from
any other teams. That ticket is 40919985. I hope to have this rectified
soon it’s been two days already and no closer to fixing it.

Its been 10 business days and no one has reached out, support has been nearly non-existent and we still have no solution
