Barcodes, GTIN, MPN can't get them from AliExpress suppliers. What do I do?

I am new and just launched my store to Google on the Sales Channel app. Suddenly all my products were rejected and I was suspended from Google. I needed GTIN or MPN numbers for most of my products. I had mostly used AliExpress to find products for my website. The suppliers on AliExpress are very hard to communicate with. There is no phone number and when I try to email them, it seems their emails are only for buyers complaints, not store owners. Does anyone know what else I can do to get these numbers? Or if there is a way to have my products on these websites without the numbers? Need help.

Based on your reply, you don’t have much of a alternative option, but to contact the manufacturer.

  1. If a manufacturer has assigned a barcode then you are required to add this info in the GTIN field. Alongside the brand value with identifier exists to yes.

  2. If the manufacturer has not assigned a barcode, then remove the values brand, mpn and gtin and set identifier exists to no.

I use https://www.barcodelookup.com/ with the headline/keywords of the product/from the supplier to search.

It’s completely free, and gives all available barcodes - GTIN EAN UPC ISBN.

It also provides original description/product information, and links to websites the product is available.

You can also browse recently added barcodes and get an idea of what products are coming to market.

It is incredibly useful, and has some other features available such as bulk processing and app linking etc.

Using barcodelookup should be done with a grain of salt. It is not always accurate. The best option is to check the packaging of your product.
