I have called /admin/api/2021-10/orders/{order_id}/fulfillments.json API and got error

one of the errors

{"base":["Line item '11608343347290' is already fulfilled"]}

I looked at the Timeline and no orders were fulfilled before this

The order has a total of 66 line items, but only 34 line items are visible
The other 32 orders disappeared

Please help us find out why, thanks

We are experiencing the same issue when fulfillling orders. Although all of the order’s item are unfulfilled we receive exact the same error message:

“base”:[“Line item ‘11436285395004’ is already fulfilled”]
