Best way to manage inventory - in shopify, or quickbooks?

We are planning some changes to our systems… we use Pipedrive CRM and Shopify webstore and are planning to get quickbooks online - hoping i can get the 3 systems to integrate. Would I be better to manage inventory in shopify or quickbooks, does anyone have any experience with this? Or any resources I should look at?

Between Shopify and QuickBooks, Shopify is likely the better choice since QBO is, at heart, an accounting tool that just dabbles in inventory. That said, if you don’t want to wrestle with limitations on either side, Qoblex integrates with both, making inventory management actually enjoyable (or at least way less frustrating). Might be worth a look!
