Beware of Fraudulent Store “zaroski.in” – Shopify Support Form Issues & Unresponsive Seller

Hello everyone,

I’m stuck and hope you can help. I placed an order (Order ID WK26614) on 23 June 2025 for a 3-Combo Pack Women’s Suit Set from zaroski.in. The checkout never asked for or recorded my email address, so I never received an order confirmation or tracking email—and Shopify’s abuse form rejects my submission with “Email does not match order confirmation.”

What happened:

Paid ₹498 COD (AWB RDC0000011410 via Ekart/RapidShyp)

Received a men’s T-shirt instead of the suit set

Seller email (info.zaroski@proton me) bounces as “address not found”

RapidShyp and the courier ignored my pickup or replacement requests

Store policies contradict themselves (3-day vs 30-day returns), no return address, blank TOS and Privacy pages

Seller runs multiple Facebook pages under different names; these paid ads evade Facebook’s ad reporting tools

What I’ve tried:

Shopify AI chat keeps repeating the same advice—no solution

Abuse form won’t accept my order ID without an email I never got

Emails and calls to the seller, RapidShyp, and the courier—no response

Logging in with the email I think I used—“You do not have permission to manage this order”

Has anyone else faced this?

Unable to submit Shopify’s fraud report without a confirmation email?

Been scammed by a store that never links your email and then disappears?

Found any workaround to report or get a refund when Shopify’s tools won’t accept your complaint?

I’m considering filing with consumer protection authorities and official grievance portals, but I’d like to see if anyone here has managed to push Shopify to take action or knows alternate reporting channels. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.

The product which I received is not same as I ordered and it very bad , it is scam

Thank you for this post here. I’m almost cheated by this Store, and now I know I need to stop the transaction immediately.

Same issue with me I received wrong item…and I pay COD…an not connecting to any one…plz suggest wt can I do.

Hey if you become the victim of fraud-list Shopify store then the legally step is to report a merchant.
Please visit this link: Report a merchant - Shopify and report the merchant so that Shopify team can immediately take action before transfer the payment in his connected account. Usually it take 14 days. As soon you report the there are mostly chance for the payment return.

I need to return the product. I have ordered women 3-suit set and I got the wrong product

Please investigate why the wrong SKU was picked and dispatched.

Coordinate with Zaroski.in to arrange for pickup of the men’s T-shirt and re-shipment of the correct women’s suit set to the above address.

If the correct item is unavailable, please confirm the process for refund facilitation.
