I’ve accidentally selected yearly plan, how do I change back to my previous monthly plan? Appreciate the help! Checking if there’s also an email to write to Shopify to? Could not find it anywhere

If you have just recently made the change to an annual plan and don’t wish to continue on that basis, we can look into getting you moved back down onto a monthly plan as per your preference.
You would just need to reach out via our Help Centre here for account support.
There we’ll be able to access and discuss your account with you securely and see if we can get that change made for you.
Bear in mind that the annual plan comes with a 10% discount in price, which would not be applicable to your monthly plan.
Have you just recently joined and started selling, or have you had a store with us for a while?
