Help with billing. I’ve been getting a monthly fee billed to me for Shopify. Then yesterday I got billed an annual subscription is that right? I’ve been trying to use the chat feature to ask someone to look into this and let me tell you that system is useless.

I understand that you have been receiving monthly bills for your Shopify plan but have suddenly been billed for an annual subscription. This should not be possible unless the plan was changed from your Shopify Admin. Please go to your Settings, click on Plan, and check the Billing cycle. Does it indicate monthly or annually? You can also navigate to the Billing section and review your previous bills.
If your account is still set to monthly billing but you have been charged for an annual plan, it would be best to contact our support team for further assistance. It was somehow switch to annual, I didn’t do it and it won’t let me switch it back to monthly. Can you assist?

No, this is not helpful, I tried to switch it back to monthly and it won’t allow me. I’ve said this like 30 times to 30 people and nobody helps you. Nobody helps you. NOBODY!
I cannot switch it back to monthly. It won’t let me. I don’t know how many times I have to say this. Nobody answers your questions. This is the most ridiculous absurd system I’ve ever seen.
I have already done this. The life support is a chat box and the person never helps you they tell you to go to the health center where they tell you to go to your account and switch it back to monthly which even if you explain that you cannot do that those are the recommendations, and then they will just disappear because they can’t help you. Ghosted by a chat box it’s like the stupidest most ridiculous system that I have ever seen. If you’re going to charge someone $350 a year for an annual subscription you should at least have a person that responds when there is a problem and not refer a person to a chat box.
