Billing Phone Number= N/A on Shopify Orders

I have an issue where some Shopify orders for one of my clients comes over with N/A in the phone number under the Billing Address section.

We are having to manually adjust before we can send it into Business Central.

Has anyone seen this before?

This could be due to your Checkout Settings and not having a phone number required to checkout. If you head to Settings > Checkout from your Shopify Admin you should be able to select ‘Phone number required’ which will require the customer to add their phone number in order to complete payment.

If that is not the issue it could be an issue with your payment gateway. What gateway are you currently using? Are you using any subscription or order apps?
