BOGO Taking off entire Order :-(

Hello! I set up a Buy x Get Y. However, when I use the it at checkout, it takes off the ENTIRE order! Is anyone else dealing with this? Any help would be awesome!

Hello @aborson , I just setup a BOGO offer couple of days back in one of client’s website. Can you please provide the URL of your store and if it is password protected please share the password too. Thanks

I’m not comfortable giving my password to someone I don’t know. What steps did you take to make sure it doesn’t take off the whole order?

In Shopify discount, you are able to narrow the discount to specific products or collections, kindly see my below screenshot. So it will not apply to your entire order. Try it on your end. :blush:

If you still have trouble setting up the Buy X Get Y on Shopify discount, try installing BOGOS app (4.9 overall rating, 2000+ reviews). The app main feature is Buy X get Y, so you will be able to customize it to your needs, and have the gift automatically added to customers’ carts.
