Bundles not calculating proper shipping amount (shipping based on order price)

I am trying to set up shipping costs on a bundle created through the Shopify Bundles app and I’m having issues.

I am trying to bundle a T-Shirt ($20 shipping) and a Hoodie ($25 shipping) together, and I only want to charge $25 for the shipping combined.

I have set my shipping “based on order price”. (See below).

When i try and do test orders its coming out to $57 shipping .. which is odd because combined the shipping costs are $55, but regardless I want it to be $25.

I have attached screenshots of my test order as well as my shipping zones for said bundle. I only have 1 inventory location set for all products.

Have you double-checked the conditions set for your $25 shipping option? Conditions should be based on order weight or price that match the combined criteria of the T-Shirt and Hoodie (feel free to share a screenshot of this, so we can take a closer look).

Lastly, make sure there are no overlapping rates that could be causing the higher shipping costs ($57). Sometimes, multiple rates can apply, leading to unexpected totals.

I’m still getting the same issue. I completed deleted the bundle and re-created it so I know its not in any other shipping profiles for it to overlap.

I even tried it without setting a shipping zone and it still goes to $57 for the shipping cost.

I have tried to only have a profile for North America with the $25 shipping and it still goes to $57.

I sell the bundle for $65, so I have set the $25 shipping under the price condition of $0 - $100 (see screenshot).

I appreciate you troubleshooting by deleting and re-creating the bundle, as well as testing a profile for North America with only the $25 rate. It’s possible that the system is combining shipping rates, though I don’t see any rates in your screenshots that could add up to $57.
