When you have a Buy X Get Y discount, it breaks the cart page functionality when you try to increase/decrease the quantity by clicking +/-. Impact: This issue is affecting all Shopify plans including Shopify Plus stores. Merchants with Buy X Get Y promotions are concerned because their end customers are complaining and customer service is flooded with escalations like “your site is broken, it adds too many quantities on its own, I hate your site, I am beyond frustrated, I am leaving your site, etc.”. Merchants are reporting loss of revenue due to this issue + they are also concerned as they are spending $ on their paid marketing channels for such products/discounts. Merchants are demanding a quick fix from Shopify Plus team before this issue blows out of proportion.
