Im 16 years old, so I have a restriction to shopify payments. Is it possible for me to put my name and surname for the personal details, but my parents bsb and accnt number??

According to Shopify’s terms of service, an individual is required to be at least 18 years old to start an account.
You can open the account under your parent’s name, but first, talk to them and let them know that you would like to start an e-commerce business under their name, and explain to them your business plan. It is important that you take their consent, as their banking details and personal information will be added to Shopify.
Moreover, the parent whose name and information you add will be the owner of the store and you can be the staff member until to come of age. This means the revenue generated through the Shopify Store can also impact the tax payable income of your parents (as per the tax norms in your country).

In my understanding, it seems fine.
People usually use business accounts to carry out transactions, so you can have a business account with your parents (business owners) as the key holder, and carry out transactions from that account, instead of using your personal account.
I’m sorry Naveed, I don’t have expertise in this field, so I would recommend you carry out your research too and don’t completely rely on this answer.
