I am about to quit . 2 months paying the fees and ads with no single sale. Anyone can help?

What are the biggest things you are having problems with? Do you have an email list? which platform are you running ads on? Lets talk if you are up for it, I would like to help, I struggled with 3 months of not one sale then i got to a point where i started selling and within 1 year i got to 100+ orders every single month.
