Can anyone help fix video responsiveness issues on Dawn Theme?

Hello guys,

I am having trouble to fix the vídeo issue on my store. I am using Dawn Theme and on the web version the video is too small with a huge padding on the top and at the bottom. On the other hand on mobile version the vídeo is too large and also with problems on the top/bottom padding.

Does anyone has any idea how to fix it? I have been trying to find a solution for days and unfortunately haven’t succeed yet.

Any help would be really appreciated!

Have you been able to look at this resource from our Help Center regarding the Dawn theme and its video capabilities? This resource goes over the settings when it comes to adding videos while using the Dawn theme.

There is a setting option to make the video section full width which will remove those paddings you are referring to. It is also stating that the video link you are attaching to the store needs to be public in order for the video to work seamlessly. Definitely give this resource a look over.

I also wanted to inform you if you are on a paid plan and are using a Shopify made theme (Dawn is definitely one), you qualify for 60 minutes of design time from our Themes team. So if there is anything that you are having issues with in the theme editor, you are more than welcome to reach out to our Support team and make such a request. They can look into this for you and if possible, our Themes team will help you with this by using your 60 minutes of free design time.

I have trying to find a solution for more than 2 weeks but I was not able
to fix the problem… I am in a paid plan, thanks for letting I can reach
out for support, because I had no idea.
How can I arrange with a shopify expert to help me with this, please?
