Despite receiving help, I cannot integrate Trustpilot onto my website. I’m unsure if I am doing it wrong or maybe my theme isn’t compatible. Can anyone help?
I’d like to try. Can’t be that complicated. Is it an app or do they provide some code snippet?
This is Glass It, a price tracking solution that can help increase profit margins. We also use TrustPilot as a business, and weren’t sure if you knew about the TrustPilot integration with Shopify. After login to your TrustPilot business profile, on the left side menu go to Integrations → eCommerce, then click the Shopify integration. Trustpilot has the following instructions shown on this screen:
How to connect Trustpilot to Shopify
- Enter your Shopify domain and click Connect
- Confirm that you want to integrate with Trustpilot
- Give Trustpilot permission to connect with Shopify
