I have been trying to change the SEO heading sizes, in my blog posts, in the code for Craft but nothing I have done, none of the solutions I’ve found, have made any difference. I want to go back to the original code but unfortunately I can’t find the pictures I took of it before I saved the changes.
I tried to change the code back from memory but honestly I have no idea what I’m doing. Here are some pics of my mangled code.
Does anyone have pics of the original code they could share with me?

Here is the solution:
After clicking “Add to Theme Library,” the updated theme version will be added. You can then access the previous code from this theme to use in your current theme.

Thank you. I didn’t realise the updates would reset the code. I had been avoiding updating as version 13 reset the color themes, but I bit the bullet and the update fixed the coding.
