Can one just change their Shopify banking details and default their shop’s currency to USA account (I am a US citizen so already have to file taxes) to amend this issue?

Meta offers no help whatsoever (go figure) so hoping someone here will have some insight on this matter. My meta accounts were started in US but since I started my shopify store in NZ, meta removed my commerce account.

I sell internationally (most customers are buying from Australia or US and NZ isn’t my market anyway).
