I want to add a prefill option for customer name, surname, or email address on popups.
Any advise?

Great question. I think learning about prefilling option can save a lot of store owners’ and customers’ time when filling out forms.
I recommend using a third-party popup tool that already has that feature. The best I can suggest is Popupsmart. It offers a free plan, too.
The Prefill feature, pre-populates form fields for your customers and prospects. This way, the only thing your customers need to do is hit the submit button.
Additionally, prefill forms fields can be used as hidden inputs, which remain hidden from users.
Even though these fields are hidden, you will still collect user data and see it on your Popupsmart Leads table once the user clicks on the popup button.
