Can I automatically translate discount titles for international customers?

Hi all,

I am internationally expanding with my brand. One of the things I need to fix is to automatically translate the discount titles of my automatic discounts based on Shopify Market.

Otherwise for example my Dutch customers will see a German discount title.

Is this possible?

If yes, please let me know how.
