I own an antique / home decor store with literally thousands of individual and unique items. Is there a way to customize an “Antique” product so I can change the details with every sale without doing a custom sale everytime?
To actually answer your question:
No, Shopify POS doesn’t allow products where you can customize the
product’s attributes on a per-sale basis. The best you can do at this time
is a custom sale.

The one suggestion I have would be to check out the app Variable Priced product (here). It is sometimes a better option for these situations than just the custom sale feature.

I’ve created an app that allows users to add customisations to products and variants when selling with POS. It was created so merchants didn’t have to run through multiple custom sales for the same product, so it sounds like it could be perfect for your requirements!
