Absolutely, Shopify can be used to sell services! We have lots of successful service-based stores that use our platform. I would highly recommend having a read over this blog post, as it walks through various different ways to go about selling non-phyical products via Shopify. It walks through things like how to book appointments and how to go about providing estimates etc using apps.
