Can I edit the Dawn theme homepage to look like this?

Hi,

i want to make this kind of version of Dawn theme homepage! (see picture below)!

Is it possible to edit dawn theme this way or what is the preferred solution to achieve this?

For this type of homepage, you can either hire a developer to help you build it or use a pagebuilder app like PageFly to build it yourself.
