I am new to Shopify and just thinking to use Shopify for real estate. The reason for this is to use rich features of Shopify like loyalty points, CRM, Wallet, and many features.
The real estate portal will be rental. This is 1 category People can book apartments online. and 2nd I want to list new real estate projects that don’t require to be purchased online. What do you think? will Shopify fill the requirement?
If am i going to use real estate software then I will not have Loyalty points, CRM, and project management. Its an extra cost for development.
Shopify is capable of managing rental listings if you treat properties as products and employ rental or booking apps although it is not suitable for showcasing real estate project without custom work. You will also need to modify themes, add date-based booking logic, and utilize metafields for property information to make it workable.
