Can I email POs to multiple vendors for custom fulfillment?

I am using the custom fulfillment service by emailing my PO to my vendors. I have a vendor that requires I email POs to multiple email addresses (2 departments track POs). Can I list both email addresses separated by a comma for said custom fulfillment service?
