My bill is usually on the 16, it came one day early (so today) but I was going to cancel today, I need a refund for the early charge, can they do that since I was charged early? I didn’t want it to renew much less automatically a day early, I also couldn’t find an option to turn off automatic payments.

I understand you were charged before you had a chance to cancel. Please note, Shopify charges are not monthly, they are charged every 30 days. This means while it may hit the same day on certain months, other months it won’t depending on the days of the month.
If you cancel your account today you should be able to receive a refund by reaching out to our Support Team. However, refunds are not guaranteed and are on a case by case basis.
