Hi! I got a billing for shopify however I thought I had already cancelled it (it seems it did not fully go through). Unfortunately shopify is too expensive for me hence the reason I had cancelled it in the first place. My website is now shut down and was wondering if I could please get a refund as it has just billed me a few minutes ago.

Thank you for getting in touch. If you cancelled your store shortly after you were charged for your monthly subscription, you are welcome to request a refund by contacting our support team. They will be able to authenticate you on your account, review the charge and when the store was cancelled, and consider your refund request.
