Can I get a refund if I closed my store after billing?

Hi,

I forgot to cancel my plan and got billed for $29. Once I saw this, I closed my store. I am a college student and was hoping I could get my $29 back, as my store was only open for 1 hour during that billing cycle.

If an invoice is less than seven days old, then, it is possible for us to issue a refund for the subscription amount. When it comes to time-sensitive account issues such as this you are best off reaching out to Shopify Support directly as we cannot authenticate you as the owner of the account on a public forum. If you go to this page and click Contact Support you will be prompted to either login or continue without a store. Once you have selected an option you will be asked to ask about a topic.
