How can I close my store with an outstanding invoice?

Hello, i want to close my store but its saying insufficient funds invoice payment failed,

I am about 4 days into my new billing period which is from 8 Aug 2021 to 7 Sept 2021. I do not want to pay for a months use, but I am happy to pay for the 4 days. Can someone please fix this so I can close my store and not keep getting charged.

Thanks for all the information. In order to close your store you will need to pay the outstanding subscription bill - but not to worry, because if you contact our support immediately after doing so you should be eligible for a refund!

So if you could pay the invoice first, then close your store, and then contact support, you won’t have to pay for any of it.

Hi. I have paid the invoice. You gave a contact support link but it just takes me to community support. Who or how do i communicate with a real person? I paid for a months subscription but needed to close my store. The billing period was from 8 Aug to 7 September, so now i need a refund as i only needed to pay for 4 days that was within the billing period.
I was told to close store, pay the bill and then contact support for a refund?

Ok, you’ve closed the store - excellent.

If you go to that page I linked you to and click “Contact Support”, you will be prompted to either log in or continue without a store. Once you have selected an option you will be asked to ask about a topic. Search for your query and relevant help docs will populate as well as the option to proceed to live chat or email.
