I placed an order on aug.30 the seller responded right away but the site is not up anymore and they are not responding to emails.

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you are referring to a product from a specific store. However, as Shopify is the platform many shops use to build their website, we don’t actually manage inventory or ship orders from here ourselves. We do however have a detailed FAQ page to help you with the next steps that you can take in regards to that order.

Yeah dirk I know you don’t Warehouse stuff. I was trying to navigate your link for a refund from a store. It asks for a url but I cannot get the unlock because the link isn’t coming up when I view my order and in order to get a refund from my card I need to get in touch with you peaple and it isn’t easy your website is terrible.
@Dvt when you visit the link I shared above and go to the form to report an issue with an order, you are required to paste your order confirmation URL from that store.
To find your order confirmation URL:

Open up your email inbox and find and open your order confirmation email.

Click to view your order.

Copy the URL from the order confirmation screen.

Paste the URL in the Order confirmation URL field.
Also, if you haven’t received any response from the merchant and your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, contact your bank or payment provider for guidance on the next steps in terms of fund recovery.
