You can hire someone from freelance platforms like Fiverr or others, but make sure you go through reviews.
I would recommend you to create one by yourself since it is more secure. Here is the article you may be interested https://www.shopify.com/blog/start-online-store. Also, you can watch educational videos from Shopify, the channel called Learn With Shopify.
