I am unable to open a facebook shop in India , It is saying: Facebook Page shops are no longer available in your area
Is there any alternative method of connecting facebook with my Shopify?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some guidance on setting up the Facebook Shop feature within Shopify. To provide some context, there are a few requirements outlined by Facebook that need to be met in order to add this feature within the Facebook Channel of Shopify. I recommend checking out our, Facebook Shop Requirements documentation as it outlines this list.
The requirement include:
- Your store needs to be located in a country or region where the Facebook Shop feature is available.
- You need a Facebook Page for your business. The Facebook Page needs to use the Shopping Template.
- Your Sender email, set in the Store Details Setting of your Shopify admin, needs to be a valid email address.
As India is not currently a listed region where Facebook Shop Page is available, this would make you ineligible to use the feature. It’s completely understandable how this may not be ideal, but do hope Facebook extends availability to more regions within the future.

Just one more follow-up question , can we still connect Facebook Business Page (or Instagram) with Shopify at -least for product display?

No problem at all! To provide some additional details, you do have access to setting up the Facebook Channel within the shop, but both Instagram Shopping and Facebook Shop would be unavailable as they are not supported within your region.
This suggests that you will have access to connecting a product catalog and Facebook Marketing, but please feel free to Contact Support if you run into any errors with this!
I think , you are suggesting that we can still connect Shopify product catalogue with Face Business Page .
