I have created my page and listed products for sale. I know Shopify says that you can sell items without having an llc. My question is, if you don’t have an llc… how do you obtain the EIN number for tax purposes? Wouldn’t you have to register yourself as an llc to comply with the taxes?
my second question is in regards to shipping. Some items in my shop weigh less than others for example, I could put something in a bubble mailer and mail it for less than $2 but it’s charging the customers as if I’m putting something in a box and charging them a little over $4. How do I fix this issue?
