Can I perform A/B testing for a navigation bar without an external app?

Hi,

Is it possible to have an A/B testing for navigation bar (menu) without an external app?

Maybe I can do it through Shopify Settings or inside the Liquid code.

I implemented Google Optimize if that is helping.
