My Theme disappeared. I do not have any back ups. Can I recover it?

- Which theme were you using?
- Can you tell me more about how your theme disappeared? For example, did this happen after a change in your account? Are you seeing any error messages?
- Was this a theme in your theme library or the theme that was live on your online store?

- Last what we did was adding items to the catalog and diffrent categories. Was no errors.
- It was live on my online store. It disappeared and changed to old one automatically I guess.

- Do you mean that your theme changed to an earlier version of Dawn from before you made customizations? Or that it changed to a completely different theme altogether? For example, the theme you were using before Dawn.
- When you go to your theme library, which themes do you see there? You can get to your theme library by going to Online store > Themes and scrolling down past your live/currently active theme.
- Were you following these steps to add products to your catalog and these steps to create collections? If not, can you walk me through the steps you were taking to do this?
