I wanted to segment and send targeted emails to my customers who purchase lip sticks, and shampoos. Can I do so?

Yes, you can do this in the customer section by adding a specific filter. Tag your customers (in bulk) and then the filter will apply for the tag you made before. Then add the filter again in the email marketing funnel of a specific product.
