Can I use Graph QL API's for Shop Pay integration in checkout?

Are there Graph QL API’s to integrate shop pay in my checkout.

@Ujjaval I did went through this but it has mentioned about how we can enable shop pay through UI,
But the thing is we are not using shopify checkout in our app, instead we have our own UI and we call shopify graph ql API’s to create orders and payment but now we want to use shop pay as a payment method , so is there any API’s through which we can achieve this,
