I want to start selling through shopify and i’m located in IRAQ and have an ltd that is based in the UK and also my targeted market will be the US and EUROPE, will shopify payment allow me to make it as my payment gateway and if not is there an alternative?

If you can provide a legal address in a country that provides Shopify Payments and this information is listed in your Shopify settings, the gateway will be available to you. Your targetted markets will not play a role in whether or not your can use Shopify Payments.
