I created a manual order for a free digital download product for a customer who forgot to use a discount code. I gave a 100% discount on it and marked it as paid (didn’t send an invoice). I clicked on “Fulfill Order”, but it didn’t automatically send out the digital download link.
Will the digital download not get sent out when manually creating an order?
I tried to select “Resend Attachment Email” on the actual order.
However, when I do that, I then get the error “Order Not Found”:
I ended up creating a URL through the Digital Download app and emailing it to her to download, but wondering if there is a better way. I don’t want to change the download to manual fulfillment because this is a one-off type situation.
