Can not open the Admin page

Hello,

I’m the owner of floristjin.co.nz.

My store is live, but I cannot access the admin dashboard.

I tried all password recovery steps and contacted the Help Center, but the chatbot keeps giving automated responses and no real support agent is available.

Please help me restore access. I am the verified owner.

I really understand how frustrated it’s because i have encounter this before, but i got it solve by my shopify marketing agency, but you can also try them out.

You can email Shopify and apply for restoring the store, the email address should be support@shopify.com I remember.
