Is there any way to having the shipping charges automatically deducted from your Payout instead of paying them all at once on a CC? Couldn’t find anything in settings

I hope they can introduce this feature soon! On Etsy that is how it works, and I really enjoy not suddenly having to pay $200 all at once.

I would also be interested to have shipment fees deducted. Makes sense snd don’t understand why that’s not the default.

Has anyone from Shopify responded to this question? I feel like this is an important way to calculate product level gross profit.

I chatted with Shopify Support this morning. The short version is that the shipping charges are tied to the billing cycle and it can’t be changed. This seems a bit ridiculous to me.

I wish they would change this. It would make things so much clearer for the billing process being charged the same thing every month and being able to se what I’m actually making. I hate haven’t to keep up with the shipping money. Etsy does it the right way and it’s so much easier to see actual profit.
