Everytime I try to create or buy a shipping label it says I cannot and it has to be investigated it may take up to 24 hours but today is day 3 and no email or update at ALL. Reached out to customer support chat and they say they can’t help because the internal team has to review first. Clearing my cache and cookies is not the issue.
