If you want to extend your trial period, you have to reach out to the support team to see if you are eligible for this or not.

To reach out to the support team, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on this link and log into your store
  • Select any of the available topics> sub-topic
  • Choose the suitable method ( live chat, email, or require a call-back)

In order for us to take a look into the specifics of your online store, we will need to authenticate you.
