I know this website is on WordPress but I’m looking for some app or a custom coding solution for shopify.

It’s empty, there’s nothing on it. Usually, on the contrary, some elements are added to the product page. 
You just need to remove everything unnecessary from product.liquid
Just click on ‘Customize’ and you will see all the options

I have searched and tried many apps. But no app is giving the option to select the variant quantity of all products along with updating the total price then and there.
Well, then I recommend that you go to freelance sites and find a Shopify developer, they will do as you want.

You can achieve this with a bundle or options app.
In terms of bundles there are 2 types.
One type is creating custom pages in your theme and letting your buyers select different items as part of a bundle before check out. These are then added as individual order lines and an automatic discount applied.
Other type is creating a virtual item (normal single product) that states in contains a certain set of components. You would need to use an app like bundleup to bundle each kit up with the relevant SKUs. You can add options to the second type in the for of different variations. We split the bundle into the components after it is purchased so customer only sees the one item in cart.
If you have a lot of options and especially if over 100 then an options app would be the ideal solution. The only issue with those ones is you can’t manage inventory for components.
