Can we share inventory across multiple ecommerce sites?

Hi,

Is it possible to share out inventory to other shopify sites? We have one shopify site that we keep inventory in. We have retail partner shopify sites that we would like to push our inventory to so they are showing current inventory on their sites. Any ideas if this is possible and how?
