When filling out an order for a customer, we used to be able to enter an extension like this 123-456-7890#123. But now when the order is completed, the only number that shows up is the first 10 digits.

At this time, our phone number field under the ‘customer information’ section of the order creation stage does not support the use of phone extensions. However, underneath there is the shipping address field, which includes a field for entering in a phone number. From there, you can enter an extension at the end of the phone number and it will appear. Example:
