Can you create different shipping zones based on postcode?

Are you are able to create shipping zones charging different amounts dependant upon postcode?

Currently, within Shopify, the option of creating shipping zones with postcodes is not available. You can set countries & set rates for them accordingly. However, if you are looking for managing rates based on postcodes then the only workaround will be to use an app like Multi Carrier Shipping Label App. The app allows you to set shipping zones based on postcodes, countries & states. So, you can choose based on your needs and add rates for each.

Just adding to what Anindita has mentioned, you’ll need a third-party app to help you achieve this. There’s a few apps that you can take a look at on the Shopify App store here, but I’ll suggest a couple of options too for your consideration:

Just a note that these apps are made by third-party developers outside of Shopify. So if you have any questions about them, you can get in touch with the app support team directly as they’re best equipped to answer app-specific queries.

Thanks very much Kimi. I will have a look at these. I have a shopify store set up already. I am just finding my shipping rates are too high and we are suplementing too much freight, so need to look at a way of altering this. Thanks again for your help.
