Hi all - I would like to send Abandoned Product Browse and Abandoned Cart Shopify Automation emails to subscribers or people who have provided their email but have NOT started the checkout process. I wanted to confirm if Shopify’s pre-filled automation flow for Abandoned Product Browse and Abandoned Cart would include these customers or if I needed to update the flow. I also read somewhere that only customers who have created an account and are logged in would be eligible to receive this email but that doesn’t make sense to me… I would think that Shopify would be able to identify the customer who has entered the flow…
