Cancelled a shipping label but Shopify isnt giving me the shipping credit on next label purchases

Just like title says, I think it glitched? had to double pay for a label I didnt use and voided. Please help :disappointed_face:

To clarify, Shopify Shipping labels can be voided up to 30 days from date of purchase. Only labels that haven’t been used (ie. scanned by the shipping carrier) are able to be voided.

A voided label will also generate a shipping credit to your account, which will be automatically applied towards any shipping label purchase with any carrier through Shopify Shipping. If you navigate to Finances > Billing on your Shopify admin, do you see a shipping credit within the Credits area? If a shipping credit is still available to be used on your store, it will appear in this section of your admin.

Apart from this issue, how are you getting on with your store?

Hi, I have a similar question and I can’t figure out where to see my shipping credits. I voided two shipping labels and got credit for one but not the other. I’d like to see what’s going on with the credits before I reach out to the team. Under “billing” it just shows my bills, not even the credit I did get.

Hi, Rachel! Any credits should appear in the current billing cycle section under Settings > Billing. If you don’t see any credit information there, please contact our team via the Shopify Help Center so we can investigate. -Sophia
